Month 2 – Criminal Drafting: Complaints, FIRs, bail applications, revisions, and appeals
Month 3– Matrimonial Drafting: Petitions under Hindu Marriage Act, maintenance, custody
Month 4– Contract & Commercial Drafting: Agreements, MoUs, service contracts, and legal notices
Each class includes a drafting session and a practical assignment such as drafting a plaint, affidavit, complaint, or contract clause.
