3. Payment and Fees
1. Tuition Fees: All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program, unless a specific installment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.
2. Pricing: Prices for our courses are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you have enrolled and paid, the price for that specific cohort will not change.
3. Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Taxes will be added at checkout where required by law.

1. Course Materials: All content, including lectures, presentations, videos, PDFs, and reading materials provided during the courses, are the intellectual property of MCMCER and its faculty.

* Sell, rent, or sub-license material from MCMCER.
* Record live sessions without explicit written permission from MCMCER administration.
3. Trademarks: The MCMCER name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of the M.C. Mehta Center for Education and Research.

1. Professionalism: We expect all participants to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during live classes, in community forums, and in communications with faculty and peers.
2. Academic Integrity: Any assessments or quizzes required for certification must be completed independently unless group work is specified. Plagiarism or cheating will result in immediate termination from the course without a refund.
 7. Certification
1. Requirements: Certificates of completion are awarded only to participants who meet the attendance requirements (e.g., minimum [X]% live attendance) and successfully pass all necessary module quizzes or assignments.
