This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how the M.C. Mehta Center for Education and Research (MCMCER) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) delivers its educational courses, materials, and certificates to its enrolled participants (“you” or “your”).

Since MCMCER primarily offers digital certification courses and online professional training, our delivery methods are largely electronic. Please read this policy carefully to understand how and when you will receive access to your purchased courses and related materials

 1. Digital Course Access and Delivery

 1.1 Course Registration
Upon successful enrollment and payment for any of our professional courses (e.g., Executive BRSR Reporting Course, ESG Training), you will receive a confirmation email sent to the address provided during registration.

1.2 Access to the Learning Management System (LMS)
If your course includes access to an online Learning Management System (LMS) or a specific student portal:
Account Creation: Login credentials and instructions on how to access the portal will be emailed to you within [24 to 48 hours] of successful payment or few days before the course starts
Course Commencement: If you are enrolling in a live cohort, access to the specific modules or live session links will be provided prior to the scheduled start date (e.g., [16 May 2026]).

 1.3 Digital Course Materials
Digital materials, including reading assignments, PDF guides, presentation slides, and recorded lectures, will be made available directly through our LMS or sent via email.

 2. Delivery of Certificates
2.1 Digital Certificates (E-Certificates)
Upon successful completion of your course and meeting all certification requirements (attendance, passing quizzes/assignments), a digital certificate will be issued to you.
Delivery Time: E-certificates are typically generated and emailed to you within [7 to 14 business days] following the official end date of the course or the completion of your final assessment.
Delivery Method: Certificates are delivered as a secure, high-resolution digital file (usually PDF format) to your registered email address.

 2.2 Physical Certificates (If Applicable)
If your specific program includes the issuance of a physical, hard-copy certificate:
Shipping Address: We will use the mailing address you provided during enrollment or request you to confirm your address prior to dispatch.
Processing Time: Physical certificates are processed and dispatched within [14 to 21 business days] after course completion.
Shipping Time: Delivery times vary based on your location:
Domestic (Within India): [5 to 7 business days] after dispatch.
International: [14 to 30 business days] after dispatch, depending on the destination country’s customs and postal services.
Shipping Costs:
 Shipping costs for physical certificates are included in the course fee.
Tracking: Where possible, a tracking number will be provided via email once the physical certificate has been dispatched.

 3. Delays and Delivery Issues

Digital Delivery Issues: If you do not receive your welcome email or LMS access within the specified timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder. If it is still missing, contact our support team immediately.
Physical Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by postal services, incorrect shipping addresses provided by you, or customs clearance delays for international shipments.
Lost or Damaged Physical Certificates: If a physical certificate is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within [7 days] of the estimated delivery date so we can arrange a replacement.
