limited to Executive BRSR Reporting Courses, ESG Programs, GRI Framework

Our courses are designed for professionals. By enrolling, you confirm that
the information provided during registration, including your name, email,
and professional background, is accurate and complete. - Acceptance:
Registration for a course is subject to seat availability and approval by
MCMCER. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at our discretion. - Account Security:
If login credentials are provided for our Learning Management System (LMS)
or portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
account information and activities conducted under your account.
3. Payment and Fees
- Tuition Fees:
All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the program,
unless a specific installment arrangement has been approved by MCMCER. - Pricing:
Course prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once
enrollment is confirmed and payment is completed, the applicable fee for
that specific cohort shall remain fixed. - Taxes:
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Taxes

4. Intellectual Property Rights
- Course Materials:
All content provided during the courses, including lectures, presentations,
videos, PDFs, templates, recordings, and reading materials, are the
intellectual property of MCMCER and/or its faculty members. - Restrictions:
You may not:- Republish, reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with non-enrolled individuals.
- Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit any material from MCMCER.
- Record live sessions without prior written permission from MCMCER.
- Trademarks:
The MCMCER name, logo, branding elements, and related marks are trademarks
of the M.C. Mehta Center for Education and Research.
5. User Conduct and Code of Ethics
- Professionalism:
All participants are expected to maintain a professional, respectful, and
ethical demeanor during live sessions, discussions, community forums, and
interactions with faculty, staff, and peers. - Academic Integrity:
Any assessments, assignments, quizzes, or certification requirements must
be completed honestly unless collaborative work is expressly permitted.
Plagiarism, cheating, impersonation, or misuse of academic resources may
result in immediate termination from the course without refund.
6. Certification
- Requirements:
Certificates of completion or participation shall only be awarded to
learners who satisfy the applicable attendance requirements and successfully
complete any mandatory assignments, quizzes, or evaluations. - Issuance:
Digital certificates may be issued within the timeline communicated for
the relevant course after successful completion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The information, training, and educational content provided by MCMCER are
intended solely for educational and professional development purposes.
Although reasonable efforts are made to provide accurate and current
information relating to ESG, BRSR, sustainability reporting, governance,
and related frameworks, MCMCER does not guarantee:
- Specific career outcomes or employment opportunities
- Regulatory approval or compliance outcomes
- Business performance improvements
- Guaranteed examination or certification success
Learners are responsible for independently evaluating how the course content
applies to their professional, academic, or organizational requirements.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MCMCER, its directors,
faculty, employees, affiliates, consultants, or representatives shall not
be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special
damages arising out of or relating to:
